Taehyun Kim trading as “Massage Ticket” (“I”, “my”, or “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use my app to book mobile massage services.

2. Information I Collect

I only collect information necessary to facilitate your booking and payment:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and home address.
• Service Details: Your booking history.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your full credit card details.
• Technical Data: Basic app usage data and device tokens for sending booking notifications.

Note: I do not collect, store, or manage any health, medical, or clinical records through the app. To ensure a safe and effective treatment, a physical Client History Form (required for Remedial Massage) or verbal health screening will be completed in person before your session. These offline records are kept strictly confidential.

3. How I Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Process and manage your bookings and payments.
• Provide professional mobile massage services at your nominated location.
• Send essential notifications regarding your appointments (e.g., confirmations, receipts, delays).
• Comply with legal and accounting requirements.

3.1 Location Data (Provider)
As the service provider, I may share my real-time location data during active bookings when the status is set to “Coming” or “En Route.” This is used to provide you with live arrival updates and ensure seamless service delivery.

3.2 Purpose of Location Use
Location data is used solely for booking fulfillment, including estimated arrival times and service coordination. I do not use or share location tracking outside of active booking periods.

3.3 Data Retention
Real-time location data is not stored beyond the duration of the active booking or service session, unless required for legal or operational purposes.

3.4 Acknowledgment
By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the sharing of my real-time location during active bookings for the purpose of facilitating your appointment.

4. Information Sharing and Storage

I do not sell or trade your personal information. I only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who help operate my app:

• Stripe: To securely process your payments.
• Supabase / Firebase: To securely host my database, manage user accounts, and send app notifications.

Your data is stored securely using strict access controls and standard security practices.

5. Access and Deletion

You have the right to access the personal information I hold about you or request its deletion. You can easily delete your account directly within the app settings.

For a complete removal of all associated personal data, or if you require assistance with the deletion process, please contact me at admin@massageticket.com.au. I will securely erase your information, except where required by law for taxation or accounting purposes.
