These Terms of Service (Terms) apply to your access to and use of the Massage Ticket app and related services. The services are operated and provided by Taehyun Kim (ABN 76 897 670 706) trading as “Massage Ticket” (“I”, “my”, or “me”).
1.1 I provide professional mobile massage services directly to customers. My services include Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage.
1.2 This service is exclusively available to male clients. By requesting a booking, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.3 The app is provided solely to facilitate booking and payment for these services. I do not collect or manage health or medical records through the app.
1.4 All services are subject to my professional assessment at the time of your appointment. If I determine a treatment is unsafe or unsuitable on-site, I may decline or terminate the service.
1.5 The app functions solely as a booking and payment facilitation platform for my mobile massage services. The app itself does not provide medical, therapeutic, or healthcare services.
1.6 My services are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
2.1 To request an appointment, you must provide accurate contact and location details through the app.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once I accept the request and payment has been successfully processed.
2.3 All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. I do not store your credit card information. Payments are charged directly to your nominated payment method at the time of booking confirmation.
2.4 During the “Coming” status of a booking, my real-time location may be shared with you for the purpose of facilitating arrival and service delivery. Location sharing is strictly limited to this period and is not available outside of an active booking.
2.5 Location data is used solely to support booking fulfilment, including arrival updates and service coordination. It is not used for continuous tracking or any purpose outside of service delivery.
2.6 By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that I will share my real-time location during active bookings to facilitate the delivery of the service.
3.1 Cancellation by you: If you cancel a confirmed booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, or fail to attend/provide access, 100% of the service fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.
3.2 Cancellation by me: I strive to honour all bookings. In the event of illness or an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund to your original payment method, or offer to reschedule.
3.3 Refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
4.1 I maintain a strict professional and safety standard. You must provide a safe, respectful environment for the service.
4.2 I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual solicitation, inappropriate behavior, or abusive conduct. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and the permanent suspension of your account. Where necessary, such incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 Subject to applicable laws, my liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the app or my services is excluded.
5.3 My professional massage services are covered by appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Any claims relating to the provision of massage therapy services will be handled in accordance with the terms of that insurance and applicable laws.
5.4 Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before treatment. I am not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
6.2 I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
